01
Clarity on where AI may create real value
Identify the customer problems where AI has the strongest potential to create meaningful value.
YOUR TEAM'S BEST DAY
The One-Day AI Product Opportunity Sprint takes your team from AI ambition to testable plan in one focused, expertly facilitated day.
Personally prepared and facilitated by Quinn O'Briant Heller. AI product, experience strategy, and responsible innovation leader.

Most teams are not short on AI ideas.
They're short on answers to three questions: where AI creates real customer value, which opportunity best supports business priorities, and when to commit major resources.
AI-powered tools can create real value, for customers and for the business. A scattered approach won't work. Let's focus on what will.
What the day delivers
01
Identify the customer problems where AI has the strongest potential to create meaningful value.
02
Evaluate opportunities against customer value, strategic fit, feasibility, trust, and risk, then identify the strongest for further investment.
03
Create a concrete experience concept, future-state journey, or lightweight prototype that stakeholders can review and test.
04
Bring product, design, engineering, risk, and executive stakeholders into the same decision process, surfacing tradeoffs and unresolved concerns early.
05
Define key assumptions, customer questions, and next steps to determine whether the concept should move forward.
06
Responsible AI, accessibility, and customer-trust questions are built into the concept and decision process rather than discovered late in review.
Agenda, preparation, deliverables, formats, and investment.
